Easy Returns
If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Creation Food provides its customers with Easy Returns.
With Easy Returns, items purchased online can be returned to any Creation store location or shipped back to our warehouse, provided the merchandise is in its original packaging and proof of purchase is presented.
Returns & Exchanges
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items to process your refund.
All returned items must be in their original state, with all labels attached and deemed by Creation Food to be undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
Standard Return Checklist:
- ✓ Original purchase receipt or order invoice
- ✓ Unopened, original packaging with labels attached
- ✓ Undamaged item condition upon inspection
